Our Story
Milan Style LLC started because we wanted to create a simpler online shopping experience for everyday products. We decided to build a smaller store with a focused selection. We source products from established suppliers, review the items we plan to sell, and aim to provide clear information about what each product is and how it works. We do not claim to be the biggest or the most well-known store. We simply aim to offer useful products, fair prices, and straightforward service.
We are a small team. We handle orders ourselves, answer customer emails, and manage returns directly. That means we cannot always respond instantly, but it also means your questions do not disappear into a large call center. We read every message and work to resolve issues as quickly as we can.

- Orders placed before 6:00 PM (PT) on a business day are processed the same day.
- Our handling time is 1–2 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after shipping.
- Shipping is free for all orders within the contiguous United States.
- We do not charge sales tax at checkout.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
- We offer a 30 calendar day return window on eligible items.
- Return shipping is free for eligible returns, and we do not charge restocking fees.
- Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive an eligible return.
- Banks may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the refund to your statement.
